Third Tour to Second Life 0501

Today we are going to learn some skills to make our group video.

We have to build a place by ourselves and record our own short film.

First of all, click on the place you want to create things with right button, and then click "build." In the list, chose the shape and than adjust the rotation, size and position.  

After adjust the shape you want, click "texture" add some picture or the thing you want to show on the object or just choose a color.

Or just buy an object or building in Second Life Marketplace 

The stand below I think is bought from marketplace and add his own signboard.

Another thing we are going to learn is to use voice chat in Second Life. While recording the video or want to discuss something, click "conversation" in the bar below, and there's a microphone icon, click it and people around you can hear your voice. Below is the picture when I was talking to Daven, however, we failed to record our voice in class.  

Here's a beautiful church or castle near our land. 

And this is our neighbor's horse, we can also keep a pet in second life.
